To contribute, you confirm that each of the following is true:

You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident.

The contribution is made from your own funds, not those of another person.

The contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation, a labor organization, or a federal government contractor.

You are paying with a personal card that you are legally obligated to pay, not a corporate or business card or the card of another person.

You are of legal age.

You affirm these same statements again on the contribution form before payment.

Contributions to the Committee are voluntary and are not tax deductible.

If you set up a recurring contribution, it continues on the schedule you choose until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.

Contributions are generally not refundable. If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact us and the Committee will review the request.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. The Committee relies on it to meet its reporting obligations under Texas campaign finance law.

Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in any way that interferes with others.

The content on this site belongs to the Committee or its licensors and is provided for information. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without permission.

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Committee is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
